What We Do
Affordable Housing Operations manages the day-to-day tasks and responsibilities at Wallick’s affordable apartment communities. We oversee 16,000 units, both third-party and Wallick-owned, across the Midwest and will continue to grow our portfolio over the next five years. In addition to making sure our communities run smoothly, we also perform initial lease-ups, control costs and drive revenue, train highly-motivated associates, maintain occupancy and complete maintenance duties. Our overall goal is to foster a sense of community among residents and team members alike. Everything we do is a representation of our mission to provide safe, affordable housing to families and seniors.

Our Maintenance teams provide safe and comfortable homes to our residents. Our teams are dedicated to meeting residents' needs at any time, because we know our residents' homes operate 24/7, and not only during business hours.
