Construction collaborates closely with the Development team to design, build and construct affordable housing and senior living communities. Our team is equipped to meet every construction need and has experience in project management, site development, cost analysis and more. We work to expand the company’s portfolio by delivering products on-time and under budget. The Construction department also forges close relationships with skilled subcontractors to achieve the desired result--safe, affordable homes for families and seniors.
