Our Senior Living associates specialize in providing each resident at our senior living communities with the help they need to thrive in their golden years. From providing personal and nursing care, to planning engaging and life-enriching activities and best-in-class culinary experiences, to ensuring operational excellence; as employee-owners we take pride in providing comfortable and safe homes for our senior residents.
We currently operate 11 senior living communities that provide an age-in-place model:

- The Oakleaf - Assisted Living
- The Grove - Memory Care
- The Crescent - Independent Living
- Meadow Valley - Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living
Our staff has been recognized for their excellent person-centered care by organizations like the Ohio Assisted Living Association.
